"The provisional order by the International Court of Justice (#ICJ) and the Zionist regime’s hostile reaction showed that this regime is founded on violence and discrimination and does not respect international norms and legal regulations. On the other hand, the US government response to the ICJ’s injunction indicates that Washington is using international judicial mechanisms as an instrumental use."

Kanaani further stated: "The ICJ’s ruling bears testimony to the bitter fact that what is going on in #Gaza is an example of international crimes, namely #genocide, which are committed and continue with the United States’ unending support for the Israeli regime."

"The ICJ’s ruling bears testimony to the bitter fact that what is going on in #Gaza is an example of international crimes, namely #genocide, which are committed and continue with the United States’ unending support for the Israeli regime " concluded he.

The International Court of Justice announced its ruling on "emergency and temporary measures" to suspend the military activities of the Zionist regime in Gaza. In the ruling, this court confirmed its competence to deal with this case and called on the Israeli regime to take action to prevent genocide.

Following the issuance of this verdict, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime allegedly claimed: "Israel's commitment to international laws is unshakable! But our commitment to continue to defend our people is equally unwavering."
