AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The head of a special committee to follow up on General Soleimani’s assassination case from legal and international aspects, made the remarks on Sunday while addressing a meeting delving into the legal aspects of the martyred commander’s terror carried out by the US forces.

Abbas-Ali Kadkhodaei said: "Martyr Soleimani is the symbol of resistance among all."

He said: "The enemies never stop their plots against us." Expressing his condolences to the families of martyrs who lost their loved ones in the Kerman terror attack, Kadkhodaei noted: "Enemies still fear Martyr Soleimani while he is dead."

"He saved Syria and Iraq which ISIS has besieged," stated the official.

Real human rights have been in place in the Islamic Republic of Iran

Real human rights have been in place since the beginning of the Islamic Republic of Iran and as a result, Iran's Foreign policy based on the Constitution is aimed at defending the oppressed people.

Abbasali Kadkhodaei, while speaking at the first international conference on Human rights with the participants from the different Islamic states said: "The Americans who have occupied the parts of Syria and plunder the resources there, can they who steal the interests of the people of a region claim to be the defenders of human rights?"

He further warned: "What human rights is this? Real human rights have been in place since the beginning of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is recorded in the constitution, which prioritizes the protection of the oppressed and underprivileged people when it comes to foreign policy."

"With this excuse, they accused Iran of interfering in the internal affairs of others. Iran's policy was never interference, but it is support for the oppressed, which was based on our constitution and Islam,"Iran's top official noted

According to Kadkhodai: "Today, if Iran is proud to support the oppressed people, it is an Islamic principle and in line with human rights."

Elsewhere he stressed: "If the people of Gaza continue to resist today, they have learned from this policy. If our official authorities declare support for Gaza, it is based on our constitution. If Iran was present in Syria and Iraq at the time of ISIS, it would have been based on this policy, which is in line with our constitution and human rights standards."

"Martyr Soleimani also took the same path, defending women and children who were oppressed. Americans should be held accountable for the crimes they committed in the region," concluded he.
