AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The head of Herat Imamiya Clergy Society discussed the role of General Qassim Soleimani in various fields of resistance, reconstruction, unity of Afghan groups in the difficult conditions of this country.
Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Javad Wahidi, head of Herat's Imamiya Clergy Society, in an interview with Hawzah News correspondent in Mashhad, talked about the role of martyr General Qassim Soleimani in Afghanistan, saying,” Martyr General Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Muhandis were martyred at the hands of the worst people of our time. Martyr Soleimani was not just a skilled commander, although he had shown unique skills and special war tactics in the field and war.”
General Soleimani's presence in Afghanistan strengthened people's resistance against the Soviet Union
The head of the Herat Imamiya Clergy Society further pointed to the presence of General Soleimani in the difficult conditions of the people of Afghanistan and his companionship with the people of this country and stated,” Afghanistan has been invaded by foreigners in several stages. At one stage, it was attacked by the Red Army of the Soviet Union. At that stage, under the guidance of Late Imam Khomeini (RA) and the Islamic Republic of Iran, they came to the aid of the people of Afghanistan and participated in our jihad against the occupation of the Soviet Union and supported us.”
The presence of General Soleimani in the reconstruction of Afghanistan's cultural and economic infrastructure
The head of the social cultural foundation of Afghans living in the Islamic Republic of Iran further pointed to the resistance of the Afghan people against foreign conspiracies and discussed the cooperation of General Soleimani in the stage of reconstruction of cultural, economic, road and transportation infrastructures with his management and said,” Under the management of this noble martyr, he created one of the best communication roads on the transit road between Qaroon and Herat, various countries built highways in Afghanistan, and according to everyone, one of the best highways that has remained intact to this day is the route between Herat and Islam Qala which was built under the management of Martyr Soleimani.”
In this regard, he added,” A hospital has been built in the city of Bamyan, medical clinics have been built in Kabul and other cities, it shows the compassion of Martyr Soleimani and his support for the people of Afghanistan.”
