AhlulBayt News Agency: Highlighting the growing hatred for the Zionist regime across the world, the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps said the Israeli regime will become extinct in the near future.
The collapse of the fake Israeli regime is not too distant, a clear sign of which is that the Zionists are so weak that they cannot bear the existence of Palestinian women and children, Major General Hossein Salami said in an address to a cultural conference in Tehran on Thursday.
Lashing out at the Zionist regime for turning the hospitals of Gaza into battlefields and massacring defenseless women and children in Palestine, the IRGC commander said such atrocities have triggered global aversion to Israel.
“The world’s hatred of Zionists is not confined to Muslims anymore. People have rallied against Zionists even next to the White House and in the streets of London and Europe,” he added.
He also highlighted the moral, political and economic failure of the US as the main sponsor of Israeli crimes, expressing confidence that Palestine will soon emerge victorious thanks to the Resistance Front.
In a statement on Dec. 12, Iran’s permanent representative to the United Nations says the United States’ opposition to a humanitarian ceasefire in the Gaza Strip enables Israel to continue the genocide of civilians in the blockaded Palestinian territory.
Amir Saeid Iravani made the remarks on Tuesday after the 193-member UN General Assembly overwhelmingly voted in favor of a resolution calling for an immediate humanitarian truce in Gaza.
Referring to the United States, Iravani said the permanent member of the Security Council is “misusing its unequal authority of veto power” and has decided to “stand with the Israeli criminal regime, and materially enable this regime in its ongoing massacre against civilians in Gaza” in clear disregard for the united will of the international community.
