Nothing can undo Zionist regime’s colossal defeat: Iran Parl. speaker

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf says nothing can undo the Zionist regime’s colossal defeat and restore its lost dignity after the October 7 operation of the Palestinian resistance.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf says nothing can undo the Zionist regime’s colossal defeat and restore its lost dignity after the October 7 operation of the Palestinian resistance.

Qalibaf made the remarks on Monday while addressing an open session of the parliament.

“During the last few days, we have witnessed that the Zionist regime, with complete cooperation from the United States of America as their main supporter and partner in crime, has continued to massacre the innocent people of Gaza and destroy the vital civilian infrastructures,” he said.

He called the US the “driving force” and the “mastermind” behind the Zionist regime’s genocide against the people of Gaza.

“The events of the last few days proved that the people of Gaza are the true victors of the battlefield and no action will be able to undo the Zionist regime’s great defeat and restore its lost dignity in the event of October 7,” Qalibaf asserted.

The parliament speaker further noted that the Zionist regime is now much more hated by the people of the world than in the past and its empty grandeur has been shattered even among the regime’s allies.

He added that Muslims and freedom seekers expect their governments not to let “unjust structures” such as the UN Security Council give the green light to the Zionist regime to commit genocide against Palestinians.

Israel waged the bloody war on Gaza on October 7, after Palestinian resistance movement Hamas carried out an unprecedented retaliatory operation into the occupied territories over the regime’s intensified violence against Palestinians.

So far, at least 17,997 people, including 7,729 children and 5,153 women, have been killed in Israeli strikes in the Gaza Strip, and at least 49,229 others wounded.
