AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, Afghanistan, has issued a statement strongly condemning a terror attack on members of the Hazara community in Herat, Afghanistan, which occurred on Friday.
In a post on its account on the X, formerly known as Twitter, the Iranian Embassy expressed its strong condemnation of the recent terror attack in Herat. The attack resulted in the death of six people, including two Shia clerics.
The Iranian Embassy has called on the Afghan authorities to identify and bring the perpetrators of this incident to justice.
In a statement released late at night, the Afghanistan Ministry of Interior confirmed that six members of the Hazara community, including clerics, were killed in the Herat attack. The attack was carried out by unknown armed men in the Jibrail area of Herat.
