AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Top Commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami has said that the Israeli regime has suffered numerous material and spiritual damage during its war on the Gaza Strip, but news regarding the damage is censored.
Salami was addressing members of the Basij Volunteer Force in Qazvin, northwest of the capital Tehran, on Thursday.
Field information show that Palestinian resistance forces have destroyed 300 out of 1,600 tanks and armoured vehicles of the Israeli regime on the battlefield, the Iranian commander said, stressing that the regime is censoring news while it is facing a bad situation and its economy has suffered huge losses due to the Gaza war.
On international support for the regime, Salami said that the US and Europe do not support the war as they did previously, with both sides demanding a ceasefire.
The commander also spoke about the October 7 Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by the Palestinian Hamas Resistance Movement, saying that the operation revealed the true image of the Israeli regime and showed its weaknesses to the world.
