AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Iran’s Deputy President for Women and Family Affairs Ensieh Khaz’ali has urged the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UNCSW) to expel the Zionist regime.
According to Iran's Deputy-Presidency for Women and Family Affairs website, Khaz'ali made the remarks in a webinar named "Woman's Voice in the Al-Aqsa Storm", adding that Iran urges that the Zionist regime be expelled from the UNCSW.
Khaz’ali highlighted the severe violence occurring in Gaza, emphasizing that there is no safe place for women and children, stating that these groups pose no threat and thus, should be provided with a secure bunker.
Furthermore, Khaz’ali called for the immediate opening of the Rafah crossing and the swift delivery of health and medical aid to the Gaza Strip, particularly for mothers and children. She also advocated for the recognition of the Palestinian people’s right to legitimate resistance.
