AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A Quranic program was held here in the capital of Indonesia in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
More than 1,000 people took part in the program, which included Quran recitation and recitation of prayer for the people of Palestine in the face of Israeli crimes.
They also held a rally in condemnation of the Israeli atrocities against the oppressed Palestinian nation.
The programs were organized in coordination with Al-Aqsa Action group in the southeast Asian country.
Ansarallah, head of the group, said the participants came from different parts of the capital as well as nearby cities.
He also noted that a fundraising was held to help the Palestinian people.
The events come amid continued Israeli attacks on the besieged people of the Gaza Strip.
Following a surprise attack dubbed Al-Aqsa Flood Operation carried out by the Hamas resistance movement against Israel, the Zionist regime has launched a campaign of killing and destruction in the Gaza Strip.
More than 2,800 Palestinians have been killed and around 10,000 wounded in the Israeli airstrikes.
