AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Thousands have demonstrated in the southern Philippines to express solidarity with Palestinians and to condemn of Israel’s air raids in the Gaza Strip.
The four-hour Pro-Palestinian rally took place at a Cotabato public park, with local law enforcement estimating the presence of around 25,000 demonstrators.
Those in attendance displayed Palestinian flags and painted their cheeks with the colors of Palestine's flag.
Speakers emphasized the need for Israeli military actions to stop while appealing to both the US and UN to maintain a neutral stance in the ongoing conflict.
