AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Friday prayer leader of Quetta, Pakistan, has condemned the United States and Israeli regime as the biggest threat against unity in the world of Islam.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Jumaa Asadi, in his speech addressing the 14th webinar of the 37th Islamc Unity Conference, stressed importance of maintaining solidarity in the face of what he called “cancerous tumor of Israel” who endeavor to divide Muslims.
The director of Imam Sadeq Seminary in Pakistan stressed that Muslims will be able to foil conspiracies of enemies merely in boosting their solidarity.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Jumaa Asadi warned of the enemies who have misused even the Islamic occasion, birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) to divide Muslims expressing hope that the occasion will boost their unity.
The prominent Pakistani cleric addressed Muslims from all denominations to offer his congratulations on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
He also hailed the late founder of the Islamic Republic for the inspiration to recognize the week concurrent with the birth anniversary of the Prophet of Islam as Islamic Unity Week in order to bring the different denominations closer.
He called on all Muslims to unite and prove their solidarity to the entire world and enemies in ambush to exploit Muslims.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Jumaa Asadi made the remarks at the 14th webinar of the 37th Islamic Unity Conference held on Saturday, September 30.
The 37th Islamic Unity Conference is underway in the capital Tehran as a number of Shia and Sunni scholars attend the webinars and the meeting to be held by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought. This year the elites and religious figures attending the event discuss the theme “Islamic Cooperation to Achieve Common Values”. The conference is held on 28th September to 3rd concurrent with the Islamic Unity Week which marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
