AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The deputy president for legal affairs has said that 105 cases related to Mojahedeen-e Khalq Organization (MKO) are ready to be issued by the Iranian courts.
Mohammad Dehqan made the remarks while speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the cabinet session held in Tehran on Wednesday morning.
And this is to happen during the tenure of the current Iranian government which took office two year ago, the official noted.
He went on to say that legal measures will be taken after issuance of verdicts to fulfil the rights of the people.
After the verdicts were approved inside the country’s courts, Iran will follow them up in the international arenas, he stressed.
The MKO have killed 13,000 Iranians and fled to Iraq to stand by then Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein in his fight against Iran in 1980-88.
