AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The custodian of Lady Masuma Holy Shrine considered it important for the authorities to understand the correct line of Islam and Sharia law and said,” It is good that the opinions of all intellectuals are heard and what is in accordance with the Sharia law is implemented, apart from the controversies created by some movements.”
The Custodian of Lady Masuma Holy Shrine Ayatollah Saeedi had a meeting with the new governor of Qom Province, Seyyed Mohammad Aghamiri, which took place today in the Mihrab Hall of the Holy Shrine. During the meeting Ayatollah Saeedi considered Malik Ashtar's Treaty as one of the most important and strategic letters of Amir al-Momenin (PBUH) and said, "Despite His Holiness' knowledge that Malik will not reach Egypt, he wrote this detailed letter in order to outline the criteria of a qualified governor of Islam.”
Referring to the separation of government branches in Malik Ashtar's Treaty, he said,” Correctly understanding the line of Islam and implementing it in the society is an important issue that not everyone can handle.”
The Custodian of the Holy Shrine of the Lady Masuma (PBUH), emphasized that we have orders for the small and large issues at the individual and social levels of human beings in Islam and said,” understanding about religion and religious issues is very crucial for the officials of the Islamic system, and it is noteworthy that the opinion of all intellectual groups must be heard and what is in accordance with Sharia law should be implemented.”
At the beginning of this meeting, Seyyed Mohammad Aghamiri, the governor of Qom Province, referred to the work priorities of the Qom governorate and said,” Our first priority is in the field of investment in agriculture, animal husbandry and religious cultural industries with the aim of job creation and production growth, the second priority is to address the status of unfinished projects in the province and the third is to create a calm and promising atmosphere for the people.”
