AhlulBayt News Agency: The Imam Ali's (p) holy shrine received the black flag of sorrow from the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, coinciding with the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him).
The assistant head of the public relations department at the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine; Sayed Mohammad Gelokhan, said, "under the guidance of the Senior Official of the holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, we delivered the black flag of sorrow to Imam Ali's (p) holy shrine, coinciding with the approaching martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him).
He added that"the banner was dedicated in the name of the grandson of the great prophet; the oppressed Imam al-Hassan al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him), waving the phrase (Peace Be Upon You, Ya Aba Mohammad al-Hassan al-Mujtaba)".
For his part, the head of the Religious Affairs department at the Imam Ali's (p) holy shrine; Sheikh Karrar al-Khafaji, thanked the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine for this step, stressing that "the flag will be raised in commemoration of the misfortunes of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)".
