Photos: Nigerian security forces fire teargas on peaceful Ashura day procession in Abuja

The Ashura Mourning procession in Abuja on Friday the 10th of Muharram 1445 (28/7/2023) kicked up from Bannex Plaza, Wuse 2 to Wuse market where it was terminated peacefully. During the closing speech, the combined team of Police and Soldiers arrived at starting firing canisters of teargas and life bullets. No report of injuries at this hour, however, there is a report of arrest and an investigation is going on to ascertain the report.
