Photos: Imam Hussein (a.s.) mourning flag hoisted in Shushtar, Iran

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The ceremony of hoisting the mourning flag of Imam Hussein (AS) – the third Imam of Shia Muslims – was held in Shushtar, Khuzestan province on July 18, 2023. Imam Hossein (AS) and his 72 companions were martyred while being thirsty in the Battle of Karbala in October 680 (10th of Muharram 61 AH).
