AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Peaceful protests were held across the Pakistan on the appeal of Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen (MWM) Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri against terrorism in Parachinar.
Protests were held in various places of the provincial capital, Lahore, in Thokar Niaz Baig, Imamia Colony, Shadman and Jafaria Colony.
The protesters demanded that those involved in terrorism should be exposed and brought to justice.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari in a telephonic address to protesters said that the heartbreaking incident of Parachinar before Muharram-ul-Haram is very disturbing.
It seems that all the energies of the law enforcers are towards suppressing the political opponents, that is why the terrorists have shown their presence in Parachinar.
Addressing the protestors in Shadman, Vice Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Allama Ahmad Iqbal Rizvi said that the government should come to its senses and eradicate terrorism.
Institutions should also realize their responsibility, terrorists have shown their nefarious intentions, we strongly condemn this sad incident.
The government should pay attention to the terrorists and take retaliatory actions against the political opponents later. He said that the blood of innocent people will not go in vain.
