"To God We Belong and To God We Return"
The passing away of the esteemed scholar Hujjat al-Islam Hajj Sheikh Mohammad Reza Ashtiani, may God bless him and grant him peace, caused great sadness. In addition to representing the respected people of Qom in the Iranian Islamic Council and being a member of the Society of Seminary Teachers, he was one of our main collaborators in researching and writing "Nemooneh Quranic Interpretation" which speaks volumes of his grace and knowledge.
Impeccability, purity, sincerity of intention and commitment were among the distinctive features of the late scholar. I ask the Almighty God for mercy and forgiveness for him, and for his family and relatives, I ask for patience and great reward.
