AhlulBayt News Agency: The Amir Al-Mu'Minin (A) holy shrine dedicated the flag of Wilayah to the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine, coinciding with the approaching anniversary of the Eid al-Ghadeer.
The member of the board of Directors of the Al-Abbas's (P) shrine; Sayed Kadhem Ebada, said that "the holy shrine received the Wilayah flag of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) from the Imam Ali's (p) holy shrine, coinciding with the approaching Eid al-Ghadeer and the coronation of Amir Al-Mu'Minin Ali ibn Abi Taleb (peace be upon him) as the successor of the messenger of Allah (Allahs' prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household), in Ghadeer Khum after the farewell pilgrimage".
For his part, the member of the board of Directors of the Imam Ali's (p) Shrine; Sayed Abdul Hadi Ibrahimi, stressed that "the honorable flag reached the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine, after it was handed over to the Imam al-Hussayn, al-Kadhemiyah and al-Askariyayn holy shrines, and the closing ceremony was to be handed over to the Standard bearer; Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him)".
He added that " commemorating the greatest Eid of Allah comes in compliance with the commandment of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) to rejoice for their joys and sorrow for their sorrows," stressing "the importance of Wilayah of the Commander of the Faithful; Amir Al-Mu'Minin (peace be upon him) from the saying of Imam al-Baqer (peace be upon him): (Islam is built on five: prayer, Zakat, fasting, Hajj and Wilayah, and the best of them is Wilayah because it is their key)".
