AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A member of Qom’s Society of Seminary Teachers said,” The danger of infiltration must be avoided, today there is someone in the seminary who defends Baha'ism, which is surprising.”

A Shia scholar Ayatollah Mohsen Araki delivered a speech in the gathering of a number of seminary professors and young people from Qom on Wednesday, June 21 during which he said, "Islamic seminary has nothing to do but interfere in politics, because the clergy are the heirs of the prophets, and the prophets came to manage the society in all aspects needed by the society."

A member of the Supreme Council of Seminaries said,” some say that the work of the seminary is only preaching Islam. Propagation of the command of the Messenger and the command of God, which is politics. The leaders of this matter are the pure imams, peace be upon them, and on behalf of the Imam of the time, the supreme leader is also in charge of such matter, therefore obedience to him is obligatory.”
