Referring to the everlasting thoughts of Imam Khomeini, the leader of the Islamic movement Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky stressed that Imam Khomeini's ideas pass through time and can be referred back in time of need.
"Imam Khomeini's thought is still prevalent and that is why he is still alive with us," said the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria in an exclusive interview with Iran Press at his residence in Abuja, Nigeria on Saturday.
Pointing out the letter sent by US previous president to Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the African freedom fighter for justice stressed Iran's leader's reaction that the "US can not attack Iran" is driven by Imam Khomeini's thoughts.
Sheikh Zakzaky elsewhere stated that despite being imposed serious sanctions, the Islamic Republic of Iran has been successful in circumventing them and accessing scientific success.
Sheikh Zakzaky emphasized Iranian's freedom of thought is the cause of their inventions and scientific achievements. And stated that Iranian children are much ahead of their nations. And Iran can be categorized as a developed country
Highlighting the Iranian-Saudi restoration of ties, Zakzaky noted: "This is a good development because Saudis have realized that their relationship with the West will always be for the benefit of the West. It will never ever benefit them."
Sheikh Zakzaky, on his part, stated that the US and the West are looking for their benefits. So, the restoration of Iranian-Saudi ties will be beneficial.
In the end, Sheikh Zakzaky introduced Iran as a role model for the countries in the region and the world for independence.
