AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Islamic Jihad’s military wing Al-Quds Brigades unveiled on Friday a new missile, Boraq-85.
The group made the announcement in a video published via the Telegram channel of Al-Quds Brigades’ Military Media.
The video was entitled “Your Sling Won’t Work,” in reference to the Israeli occupation’s medium-range David’s Sling air defense system, which was used for the first time to intercept rockets launched from Gaza-based Palestinian resistance.
Al-Quds Brigades fighters appear in the video preparing the rocket to be launched, with other Boraq-85 rockets were shown in another scene.
The footage displays the features of the rocket whose range reaches 85 kms and warhead weighs 40 kgs. Al-Quds Brigades manufactured the rocket which has entered service in 2019, according to the video.
