Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in separate messages congratulated heads of the Islamic states, as well as Muslims, on the arrival of Eid Al Fitr.
Raisi expressed hope for increasing unity and solidarity of the Islamic Ummah and trying to broaden cooperation among Islamic countries with the blessing of this auspicious event, by adhering to the great teachings of Islam and the life-giving teachings of the beloved Prophet of Islam Muhammad (PBUH) and in the light of joint efforts, in line with the realization of Islamic ideals.
Eid al-Fitr is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide. The event marks the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
