AhlulBayt News Agency: Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf on Monday urged the parliaments of the Islamic states to ban the normalization of relations with the Zionist regime.
Speaking during an online extraordinary meeting of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States’ Committee on Palestine, the Iranian speaker also stressed the need for banning the purchase of Zionist products.
The committee convenes in the wake of a recent round of the Israeli regime's attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and as the Muslim world is preparing for Quds Day rallies.
Qalibaf underlined the need for Muslim unity in the face of brutal acts of the Zionist regime.
Reiterating Iran’s principled policy in support for the Palestinian cause, he stressed the role of the Muslim parliaments in directing the policies of their statesmen towards Palestine.
