AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Pointing out that the Zionist Regime's crimes against the Palestinian people have intensified in recent months, the President said, "Today, the necessity of cooperation and the formation of a united front of Islamic countries against the Zionist Regime and in firm support of the Palestinian nation is felt more than ever".
Speaking in a telephone conversation with Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Sunday evening, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi congratulated him and the revolutionary people of the country on the holy month of Ramadan, and said, "Iran and Algeria have close, common positions on regional and global issues, especially the issue of Palestine and the rights of the oppressed people of the country".

In another part of the conversation, Dr Raisi expressed satisfaction with the growing relations between the two countries and expressed hope that the cooperation between Tehran and Algiers, especially in the economic and commercial fields, would improve day by day.
In this telephone conversation, the President of Algeria, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, also congratulated the President and the people of Iran on the month of Ramadan and said, "The oppressed people of Palestine are suffering from the brutality of the Zionist Regime in the month of Ramadan, which is the month of piety and worship, and I hope that with cooperation Islamic countries, we can free the Palestinian nation from the oppression of the Zionists".
In this conversation, the Presidents of Iran and Algeria emphasised the need to take practical steps based on the roadmap for the development of mutual cooperation.
