In separate messages, Raisi congratulated the blessed month to the heads of Islamic countries such as Iraq, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Syria, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.
