AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Syria's permanent representative at UN Geneva-based Office said that martyred Quds Force Commander Haj Qasem Soleimani was an inspiring epic for the world nations.
Heydar Ali Ahmad who was speaking at an online panel discussion on the sidelines of the 52nd Regular Session of UN Human Rights Council, titled 'Extraterritorial Breaching Cases of Human Rights' added, "Qasem Soelimani was a high-ranking leader and supporter of the human rights. He lived like a hero and was martyred like a hero."
The Syrian top diplomat reiterated, "Qasem Soleimani was not only an inspiring epic in West Asia, but also an epical leader for many world nations."
The UN panel discussion was headed by the Permanent Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in UN Geneva Office and attended by the ambassadors, representatives and thinkers of some other countries.
Iran's deputy permanent ambassador to UN Geneva-based Office said terrorist act of assassinating late Quds Force Commander Qassem Soleimani was an international crime and Iranian nation will not cease justice seeking in that regard.
Ali Bahraini who was speaking at an online panel discussion on the sidelines of the 52nd Regular Session of UN Human Rights Council added, "The illegal nature of that criminal act, in terms of obvious violation of the international laws and the human rights, and the short-term and long-term aftermaths of it on lawfulness and regional peace and security, necessitates accountability of entire concerned international organizations, making its creators accountable, and seek justice for its victims."
