AhlulBayt News Agency: The 28th martyrdom anniversary of Dr. Muhammad Ali Naqvi, the founding leader of Imamia Students Organization Pakistan and a prominent physician, will be observed in Lahore on March 4 and 5.
The anniversary ceremony will be held at the Shaheed’s Mazar Masjid Maryam Ali Razabad Raiwand Road.
Thousands of lover of Dr. Shaheed Muhammad Ali Naqvi from all over the country will participate in the anniversary ceremony.
The workers of Imamia Students Organization Lahore Division are busy for the anniversary arrangements.
The anniversary program will begin with a Scout Salute. A troop of Imamia Scouts will offer a salute at the shrine.
The salutation will be followed by a conference, which will be addressed by prominent scholars and senior organizational officials, former central presidents and other leaders.
Dr. Muhammad Ali Naqvi was martyred by terrorists on March 7, 1995 at the Chowk Yateemkhana in Lahore, when he was going to the hospital on duty from his home.
Central Secretary General of ISO Pakistan, Syed Muammar Naqvi while talking to Media said that Shaheed Dr. Muhammad Ali Naqvi was a brave man, who was the best mentor for the youth, the best planner for the nation and a strong voice against arrogant forces.
He said that the martyred doctor was undoubtedly one of the preachers of the Islamic revolution in Pakistan, his personality was full of perfection, he fought for the nation’s education and training, welfare, defense and connecting it with the world movement of Imam Khomeini.
Syed Muammar Naqvi said that Shaheed supported the universal message of Imam Khomeini and worked with his whole consciousness for unity among Muslims.
He said that on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyr, a special gathering has been organized for the former workers of ISO, so that the memory of the martyr can guide the present friends for the functioning and expansion of ISO.
