AhlulBayt News Agency: The ruling of the Holy Quran about Hijab was the theme of a seminar held in Sidon, Lebanon, earlier this week.
The Sayiidat al-Nisa al-Alameen Institute organized the event at Imam Mahdi (AS) Institute in cooperation with Jabal Amil cultural center.
Senior religious expert Tahirah al-Musawi was the main speaker at the seminar.
She highlighted the Quran’s stance on Hijab and modesty.
She also underscored the status of women in the world of creation and the status of Hazrat Zahra (SA) as the role model for all women.
Al-Mousawi further referred to Imam Khomeini’s statement about the similarity of the role of teachers and prophets in society and said women who serve as teachers have a great responsibility and should have patience and steadfastness.
The Sayiidat al-Nisa al-Alameen Institute organizes various Quranic and religious programs with the aim of raising religious awareness among women and promoting Islamic values among them.
