AhlulBayt News Agency: Israeli police arrested the Al-Quds resident activist Nafisa Khweis from the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Friday.
Eyewitnesses said that activist Khweis was arrested from the Aqsa Mosque before being transferred to the al-Qashlah police station in the Old City of al-Quds.
In a related development, an Israeli court extended the detention of the al_Quds citizen activist Hanadi al-Halawani until Monday. She was arrested at dawn Tuesday after police officers stormed her house in the holy city.
In another development, Israeli authorities released 19-year-old al-Qud citizen prisoner Amjad Al-Wa’ari from Beit Hanina after he completed his 28-month prison term.
Moreover, Israeli police in the al-Qashlah station released the Palestinian child Ezz Al-Din Jamjoum, 13, who was arrested yesterday evening, providing that he must be placed in home confinement for 5 days in addition to imposing on him a fine of 500 shekels.
