AhlulBayt News Agency: The Women's Religious Guidance Division at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her).
The event was held in the basement of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon him), in cooperation with the Hussayni Women's Public Speaking Division of the holy shrine.
The council began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, after which the head of the Religious Relations and Events Unit; Mrs. Raja Ali, delivered a religious lecture focused on introducing the personality of Lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her), and the status she enjoyed in proportion to her immortal positions at Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
The Public Speaking Department presented a theatrical work entitled (A woman in a revolution), embodying the role of Lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her) when the captives of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) returned to Madina.
The council concluded by reading a collection of poems and lamentations that highlighted her great status (peace be upon her).
