AhlulBayt News Agency: Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought highlighted role of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani in boosting solidarity after the Islamic Revolution era.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, attending the meeting on “Compassionate Ummah” held at the University of Islamic Denominations on Sunday, the eve of the third martyrdom anniversary of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and called the counter-terrorism commander who had admitted jurisprudence as an axis of Islam.
He referred to national solidarity of Iranians as the first value achieved by the top commander and said,” People like General Qassem Soleimani facilitated materialization of unity after the Islamic Revolution despite the diversity of ethnicities, cultures and languages in Iran.”
The cleric referred to the undeniable role played by General Soleimani in proving determination of the Islamic Republic across the globe and noted,” The second value is our resolution in the international arena and also solidarity of the Islamic countries turning our administration to a role model.”
According to the top cleric the third value is the media achievements when the message of Islamic Revolution was conveyed to the world people especially through internet.
“The fourth achievement after the Islamic Revolution was to substitute disvalues with values” continued Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari and concluded, ” This is an era which should be called the era of General Soleimani next to the era of Imam Khomeini (RA) since the school of general Soleimani was the school for values of Islamic Revolution.”
