AhlulBayt News Agency: The 7th commemoration of Zaria massacre was conducted on Monday the 12th of December 2022 in Abuja the capital of Nigeria. The program comprised of lectures on various topics by invited guests.
The Chairman of the occasion Malama Firdausi Ali introduced Sheikh Shuaibu Muhammad Sani to open the program with prayers. Sister Sajida Nura recited some portion of the Holy Qur’an.
Boys and Girls of Kasshafatu Imam Mahdi (AJ) performed a colorful parade in respect to the martyrs of Zaria Massacre.
After the parade, a lecture was delivered by Malama Zeenah Ibraheem on the 2015 massacre.
After the speech by Malama Zeenah, another lecture was delivered by Sayyid Masoud Shajarah online on the topic ‘’Zaria Massacre, a conspiracy of silence and the question of global humanity.”
One of the survivors of the Massacre , Malama Habeeba Karofi delivered another lecture on “The role of global and local actors in the execution of Zaria Massacre”.
The Closing lecture was delivered by the Leader of the Islamic movement in Nigeria Sayyid Ibraheem Zakzaky.
