AhlulBayt News Agency: The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, represented by the Heritage Revival Center, has worked to investigate dozens of works over the course of (15) years of hard work.

The director of the center, Mr. Mohammed Hassan al-Wakeel, said that "the Heritage Revival Center is one of the specialized centers established by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to take care of the revival of Islamic heritage through investigation of the texts of the authors from the scholars of the doctrine".

"The center has been working for fifteen years to achieve dozens of works on various topics, including jurisprudence, fundamentals, hadith, literature, heritage and other topics, and has gained distinction among its peers until it won many awards in which it participated and was in the first ranks,"he added.

He pointed out that" the center has worked to build a specialized staff in the field of manuscript investigation by holding a lot of accurate courses in this science, "explaining that "the center has other activities represented by its participation in many international conferences and symposiums, as well as their establishment."

"The work of the center did not stop at the work of Investigation and literature, but it issued a biannual specialized magazine in the field of heritage, manuscripts and documents,"he said.

According to al-Wakeel, the center's departments are based on the stages of the investigation work, that is, they start with the  typesetting, investigation, audit, scientific review and typographic design department, and then the final scientific review department".
