On maritime diplomacy, the commander said that Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei issued a decree last year and that the Iranian naval forces pursue mutual respect in their interaction with friendly countries and those who give importance to amicable association.

Today, by using the capabilities of the youths, scientists, and industrialists inside the Islamic country, the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy has succeeded in hoisting the Iranian flag, he added.
