AhlulBayt News Agency: Iranian supreme leader Sayed Ali Khamenei said on Saturday that his country would continue to support the resistance in the Arab region, including in Lebanon and Palestine.
In a speech on Saturday, Ayatollah Khamenei expressed his belief that the colonial powers had always conspired against his country because of its natural resources and geographical location between the east and west.
The Iranian leader accused the western world of trying to overthrow the political regime in his country, but he stressed that their attempts would be doomed to failure.
He also said that the nuclear deal with his country was aimed at preventing it from defending itself, but the Iranian people would not make concessions over its military power.
“When we fulfilled our obligations under the nuclear agreement, the US dishonored its commitments,” he underlined.
