The Central Secretary General of Shia Ulama Council of Pakistan, Allama Dr. Shabbir Hasan Maisami, while expressing his sorrow over the death of eminent religious scholar Mufti Rafi Usmani, said that due to the scholarly and religious services of Mufti Rafi Usmani, scholarly and religious works have been promoted in Pakistan.
