AhlulBayt News Agency: Head of Hamas’s political bureau abroad Khaled Mishaal has mourned the death of the victims who were killed after a blaze broke out in a residential building in northern Gaza Strip.
In a press statement on Friday, Mishaal stressed that the funeral procession of the victims reflects that the Palestinian people are united at all occasions.
The Hamas leader condemned the international inaction vis-à-vis the Gaza siege, pointing out that Israel bans civil defense teams in Gaza from having advanced equipment needed to deal with such a huge blaze.
Earlier today, tens of thousands of Gazans participated in the funeral procession of the 21 Palestinians who died after fire broke out in a building in the Jabalia refugee camp.
Officials from all factions extended condolences to the families of the victims of the tragic incident, holding Israel responsible for the consequences of the Gaza siege.
For his part, an official from Abu Rayya family extended thanks to the families of Jabalia camp and the firefighters who tried to rescue the victims by all means possible.
