AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Director of the Justice Department of Fars Province Hojatoleslam Kazem Mousavi said security forces have succeeded to arrest three terrorists affiliated to the criminal group known as the MKO that had intended to carry out simultaneous terrorist attacks in several Iranian provinces on Friday.
The local official added a number of explosive devices have been confiscated from the members.
On October 31, the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence announced that seven terrorists had been arrested for having a hand in a terrorist shooting attack at the Shah Cheragh holy shrine in the southern Iranian city of Shiraz.
The announcement said that one of those arrested was the second one who was directly involved in the attack and the other six ones have been supporting the operation.
A terrorist gunman opened fire on the worshippers at Shah Cheragh holy shrine in Shiraz, southern Iran, on October 26, killing 13, including two children, and wounding 30 others.
The attacker was injured and arrested but died due to his injuries shortly after being carried to the hospital.
