AhlulBayt News Agency: An international conference on ‘Family and Spiritual Education’ will be held in the holy city of Qom, Iran, later this week.
The Research Institute of Hawzeh (seminary) and University will organize the scholarly event in cooperation with Khatam Islamic Family and Spiritual Training Institute.
Slated for Thursday, October 20, it will feature papers and discussions on family and spiritual education in the five languages of Persian, English, Arabic, French and Turkish, Seyed Mohammad Hossein Chavoshian, head of the Khatam Institute said.
It is organized with a license from the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), he stated.
He added that there will be several specialized panels focusing on the subject from the perspectives of psychology, Fiqh and law, ethics and educational sciences, media and communication, and social sciences.
He noted that the conference provides an opportunity for discussing and developing the outcomes of studies conducted by researchers and scholars in the field at the international level.
All the participants in the international conference will receive certificates of attendance, according to Chavoshian.
He went on to say that a number of educational, cultural and scholarly centers and institutions, including the Iranian Academics’ Quranic Activities Organization, Quran and Etrat Deputy of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, State Welfare Organization of Iran, Imam Sadiq (AS) University, Allameh Tabatabaei University, Al-Zahra University, and Al-Mustafa International University have supported the international conference.
