The staff of the Department between the Two Holy Shrines began to remove the temporary separations from the streets adjacent to the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, after the completion of the Blessed Ziyarat Arba'een ceremonies.
The head of the said Department; Sayed Nafi' al-Mousawi, said that "the staff of the department, after the conclusion of the Ziyarat and the fewer number of the visitors, began to remove the temporary barriers from the streets, which had been set to organize traffic and smooth movement, and ease the momentum during the days of the Ziyarat Arba'een".
He added that "this year, the department used plastic barriers to divide the streets adjacent to the holy shrine, so that there is a way in and another way out, in order to increase the number of arrivals to perform the ceremonies of Ziyarat Arba'een, from various provinces of Iraq and Arab and Islamic countries".
According to the head of the Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, "after the end of each major Ziyarat, the service cadres of the Department carry out extensive cleaning campaigns in order to restore the aesthetic to the places surrounding the Two Holy Shrines".
