The Al-Kafeel lovers 'procession of the intellectual affairs department offers (10) thousand meals a day to visitors of the Arba'een in Karbala.
One of the supervisors of the procession, Samer al-Safi, said, "Thanks to the location of the procession located on one of the most important crossroads leading to the Shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and near the building of the province of Karbala, the efforts of the procession, most of whose servants are employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and a number of volunteer believers, are doubling ".
Every season, the procession, which was established in 2015, begins its services early, and concludes with the exit of the last visitor from Karbala passing this way, according to Al-Safi, adding, " We offer visitors three main meals, namely breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with refreshments, juices and fruits, and the number of provided meals is more than (10) thousand meals per day, as well as the distribution of thousands of glasses of water.
"The servants of the procession are keen to distribute the meal in an integrated manner and in large numbers, as is their custom, especially with the increase in the number of visitors arriving in the city of Karbala, "he explained.
