The staff of the Holy Sanctuary's Care Division at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continues its services to receive the visitors of the Arba'een.
"The department has prepared the Holy Sanctuary to receive visitors, whose numbers are expected to increase this year, through a number of security, organizational and service measures," said division official Nizar Ghani Khalil.
He pointed out that "the department has two tasks, the first is the organizational side, where we started dividing the Holy Sanctuary so it is dedicated for men and women will perform their rituals in the basements in order to crown millions of visitors smoothly, and we have determined the entry from the doors of the Qibla, Imam al-Hassan, Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon them), and the Kaf [Kaf], and the exit is from the side doors".
"The second aspect is the service by providing cooling and perfuming means to soften the atmosphere during the Ziyarat, as we started at the beginning of the month of Safar by changing carpets and working to find paths for visitors' movement," Khalil said.
Regarding the security measures, Khalil pointed out that "the department has allocated a number of employees to deal with security cases that occur inside the holy courtyard, and we have prepared emergency plans in anticipation of any crowds or cases of suffocation, and we have also identified certain areas for medical evacuation inside the Holy Sanctuary".
