AhlulBayt News Agency: The media department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has developed an integrated media plan to cover the ceremonies of the Ziyarat Arba'een, while its head stressed on providing media services to all local and international media .
The head of the media department, Ali al-Badri, said that the staff of the department is keen to provide services to media professionals and various media outlets through a range of facilities, including identification badges, press work permits inside and outside the Old City, the provision of accommodation, and logistical needs, and this is done through the media coordination center in the Department .
As for hosting Arab and foreign media professionals, al-Badri explained that the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has ensured hosting them at its expense so that they can convey the bright image of the blessed Ziyarat Arba'een.
Al-Badri stressed that the recently established expert Center in the department has started various activities, including providing a photographic base for websites and press publications, and the media plan was divided into two main axes: covering the activities of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the service of visitors on the axes of traffic, and working to transfer the reality of the march to Karbala by sending a number of photographers and writers to convey the stories of visitors.
He pointed out that the art production center provides great services by transferring the Ziyarat Arba'een and live broadcasting the rituals from inside the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and more than (50) satellite channels benefit from these services without rights, which reduces the technical and financial efforts of media institutions.
