Islamic Ummah fragmentation, result of lack of dialogue: Khalil Hamdan

A member of the leadership council of Lebanese Islamic Amal Movement stated, “The fragmentation of the Islamic Ummah is the result of the lack of dialogue. Views should be approximated to each other so that the society can differentiate the enemy and the friend, and everyone can do his duty.”

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): In the 7th General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Dr. Khalil Hamdan, a member of the Leadership Council of the Lebanese Islamic Amal Movement, stated, “This conference is being held under the title “Axis of Rationality, Justice and Dignity” to exchange thoughts on strengthening the global religion of Islam, and emphasizing Islamic unity to synergize efforts to face challenges.”

“Rationality means identifying the factors of progress and failure. Because, considering the facilities that enemies have, it is not possible to win over them except by mobilizing all the forces,” he added.

“The fragmentation of the Islamic Ummah is the result of the lack of dialogue. Views should be approximated to each other so that the society can differentiate the enemy and the friend, and everyone can do his duty,” stated the member of the leadership council of Lebanese Islamic Amal Movement.

Referring to the characteristics of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) school, Hamdan said, “In the era of rationality, returning to the AhlulBayt (a.s.) school of is the true realization of the meaning of reason and rationality."

“In today’s world, we see double standards. They stripped justice of its truth and promote their slogans. As long as you think like them, you are free. Of course, on the condition that you give up your values ​​and use terms that on the surface call for freedom, and on the inside suppress freedom and freedom seekers!” he continued.

“They claim to fight terrorism but at the same time support terrorism and terrorists, allowing thousands of terrorists from more than 80 nationalities to cross the border safely and destabilize Iraq and Syria. They had the same plan for Lebanon, Iran and Yemen to weaken the front of the oppressed to serve the Zionist regime,” said the member of the leadership council of Lebanese Islamic Amal Movement.

While pointing to the danger of division, Hamdan stated, “There is still the danger of division within our societies. This risk can destroy all our achievements. We ask the Iraqi people to prevent the escalation of the crisis by taking the path of dialogue. Because it is not in the interest of Iraq and Iraqis.”

He continued: The path taken by the Islamic Republic of Iran under the leadership of Imam Khamenei is a model that a country has been able to reach the coast of security despite international and regional challenges. on oppressors and dividing the world into oppressors and oppressed.

Referring to Imam Musa Sadr, Hamdan said, “These days, the 44th anniversary of the kidnapping of Imam Musa Sadr, who was kidnapped by Muammar Gaddafi, is being commemorated. Imam Musa Sadr helped Iran’s Islamic Revolution. Along with martyr Mustafa Chamran, he is one of the pillars of the Revolution.”

“Imam Musa Sadr created the first resistance in Lebanon and turned weakness into a powerful force. It was while the Lebanese government had refused in its duties in this regard and even insisted on depriving the residents of the border areas of their minimum rights,” he added.

“We in Lebanon are responsible for defending our land against the Zionist regime and benefiting from all our oil wealth. We do not even pass a cup of water or a small area of our land and sea. Now is the time of resistance,” concluded the member of the leadership council of Lebanese Islamic Amal Movement.
