Photos: International Quds Day procession marked in Kargil, India

International Quds Day-the last Friday of the Holy month of Ramadan observed in Kargil, India under the banner of Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust, Kargil with rest of the world. Thousands participated in the procession by showing placards against the atrocities of Israel against the Palestinians. Quds Day, officially called 'International Quds Day' is an annual event held on the last Friday of Ramadan month that was initiated by late leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini, in 1979 to express support for the Palestinians and oppose Zionism and Israeli regime.
