Senior Pakistani Shia cleric: US involvement in Pakistan’s state affairs is not acceptable

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): On the call of popular Pakistani Shiite cleric, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, a countrywide protest was held against USA. On this occasion, the nation expressed its resentment in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta over the US involvement in Pakistan’s foreign and interior affairs. The participants of the protest burned US flags and chanted slogans against imperialism, while Speakers criticized US conspiracies against Islamic World.

In Karachi, Two protests were staged in this continuation, on at Jama Masjid Noor e Eman, Nazimabad and second at Masjid and Imambargah Khoja Asna Asheri, Kharadar, which were highly attended. These protests were addressed by Allama Baqir Abbas Zaidi and Allama Mukhtar Imami. They said in their speeches that we deem Pakistan’s Sovereignty greater then over lives. Rulers put country’s security at stake just for their personal interests and for sure they responsible for nation’s dawn fall. We will oppose all the voice against Pakistan.

They added that USA is not sincere with anyone. If anyone thinks USA is a guarantor of his rule, it is big mistake. History reveals number of cases of US distrust. Pakistan is an independent State and any involvement it affairs is worst aggression. On this act Pakistan should expel US Ambassador from its territory without wasting time. We have lost 70 lives just to maintain bilateral ties with USA. All political parties should come on single platform with a solid narrative for Pakistan’s integrity and sovereignty and warn USA on its measure against beloved homeland.

Allama Ali Anwar, Allama Mubashir Hasan, Mir Taqi Zafar, Shabir Hussaini, Nasir Al Hussaini and other leaders were also present on this occasion.
