Khorasan Razavi Province civilisational, cultural, historical region for Iranians, spiritual and religious capital of Islamic Iran

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Iran's President said, "The problems and needs of Khorasan Razavi province have been reviewed and identified before the provincial trip, and during this trip, the necessary decisions will be made regarding the further development of the province and solving the problems of the people".

Speaking on Wednesday evening upon arriving at Mashhad Airport, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi spoke to reporters about the most important plans and goals of the trip to Khorasan Razavi, saying, "Khorasan Razavi province is a civilisational, cultural and historical region for Iranians and the spiritual and religious capital of Islamic Iran".

Stating that Khorasan Razavi province has many capacities thanks to the existence of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS), the President said, "One of the most important capacities of this province is the existence of educated and efficient human resources".

Referring to the existence of knowledge-based production centres in the province, Dr Raisi stated, "Numerous knowledge-based companies in Khorasan Razavi province are among the sectors that can establish a link between employment and knowledge-based production".

Referring to the wide and diverse capacities in Khorasan Razavi province, the President emphasised, "Despite the extensive capacities in the province and thanks to Imam Reza (AS) and very intelligent people, the shortcomings are not acceptable at all".

Dr Raisi stated, "The problems and needs of Khorasan Razavi province have been reviewed and identified before the provincial trip, and during this trip, the necessary decisions will be made regarding the further development of the province and solving the problems of the people".
