50 Ahlul Bayt followers of Fudiyya Islamic school in Potiskum successfully graduated in memorising holy Quran

The Madarasatul Fudiyyah Tafizul Qur'an Potiskum, has graduated its first set of students of Qur'anic recitation. 50 students among them Males and Females, memorized the holy Qur'an.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Madarasatul Fudiyyah Tafizul Qur'an Potiskum, has graduated its first set of students of Qur'anic recitation. 50 students among them Males and Females, memorized the holy Qur'an.

The first graduation ceremony of Tafizul Qur'an Fudiyyah Potiskum, was held on  Saturday, 11th March 2022 , which is equivalent to (9th Sha'aban) at  Fudiyyah Islamic School premises in Potiskum town with Dr Nuradeen Ahmed Azare as the special guest of honor and many important dignitaries in attendance.

The special guest of honor Dr Nuradeen Ahmed expressed happiness in seeing the great development of the schools education with the guide of the reform of schools education called by the oppressed leader of the Islamic Movement, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) which is gradually developing in different towns and cities. Indeed the Fudiyyah School have played a vital role seeing that the Schools are redressing back to the roots, i.e the merge between Al-Quran and modern education.

He charged the graduands to maintain the impacts of the Holy Qur’an they acquired by reciting a part on daily basis. Dr Nuradeen also advised them to be obedient, respectful and dutiful to their parents and God. He also charged the parents to follow up with their children in improving their knowledge on the path of Ahlul Baity (As).

He urged Muslim parents to always send their wards for early Qur’anic knowledge. “Parents are advised to let their children learn these spiritual rites, because the gains will moderate them on how to love a meaningful life. Finally Dr  Nuradeen appreciate those who had contributed immensely to the success of the graduation ceremony.

Speaking at the occasion, Arramma Hafiz Khamil Kano said the Tafizul Qur'an school was established for the purpose of impacting Islamic knowledge on children at their early stage of life. Described the graduation as a foundation of Islamic Movement which every parent is expected to encourage their wards to pass through.

“I will charged you to be respectful to your parents who gave you the opportunity to follow the path of Allah. Let the memorisation of the Holy Qur’an that you have acquired should an everlasting legacy.” He advised. According to him; “The best way to achieve this is to cherish the knowledge of the Holy Qur’an at all time, especially when you are still young and you would be blessed in return".

Malam Bala Afuwa speaking, on behalf of respected representative of Sheikh Zakzaky's Followers in Potiskum Malam Ibrahim Lawan, extended his thanks to Allah for the endurance bestowed on them in seeing the school has tutored 50 Qur'anic memorizers, so also the leader of the Islamic Movement Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H), whose under his leadership had guided various valuable contribution in seeing the standard of education has risen to its level  of its expectation. He also mentioned the various great contribution of Sheikh Abubakar Maina and Sheikh Mustapha Lawan Nasidi.

Group of Qur'anic memorisers of the Islamic Movement, upon tested the graduates, displayed the skills and the bounties of God bestowed upon them of memorizing the noble Qur'an, to the audience in the presence of Mallam Hadi, Shaikh Dalibi, Alaramma Hafiz Khamil Kano,  and Alaramma Malam Dalha are from group of Qur'anic Memorisers in Kano; they would recite from verses of the noble Qur'an with the graduating students continuing the recitation, which testified to their memorization of the holy Qur'an.

The graduans were awarded with certificate, distributed by the special guest Dr Nuradeen Ahmed together with Malam Aliyu Sale Nguru, Malam Abdullahi Gashua and Allaramma Hafiz Khamil Kano. A special gift were given for some teachers by the graduans.
A closing vote of thanks by Malam Sani Potiskum and also closing prayers was said by Malam Abdullahi Gashua.
