Imam Khomeini's father-house, in addition to being the home of a significant person in the history of Iran, has Islamic architectural symbols and a beautiful and simple atmosphere. The building with an area of 2,500 square meters was built during the Qajar era and in 1996 was registered as a national monument.

Imam Khomeini started the idea of fighting the oppressors from his father's house when he was a teenager and later completed his political personality by studying in the seminary (Hawza).

At the age of 19, he left Khomein to Qom to complete his education. Imam's struggles began in adolescence while he was studying in Qom.
